Namrata Maguire

Chief Financial Officer

Namrata is a seasoned business and finance leader with 30+ years of extensive experience in financial management, business development, strategic planning, fundraising and business restructurings.  Her early years included working in public accounting with KPMG and in finance and planning divisions of large companies including IBM and ITOCHU. Over the past 15 years, Namrata has led early stage companies in the management of seed capital to drive growth. She spent 5 years as CFO of Nutritional Medicinals working closely with the founders to execute on their business plan. Namrata has also held senior finance positions in early stage enterprises focused on health, outdoor education and clean energy. Namrata is effective at managing both financial and human capital as well as navigating and building relationships with key stakeholders across the business. 

Namrata is passionate about educating the next generation of leaders teaching both undergraduate and graduate courses in accounting and finance. She serves on faculty at Catholic University, George Mason University and University of Maryland. She is also a subject matter expert with the Small Business Administration. 

Namrata is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Arts in International Business from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Loyola University.
