Senior Operations Advisor

Eric Densmore is a seasoned Business Operations Practitioner with 25 years hands-on experience in business operational management. After serving six years in the United States Air Force (Civil Engineering Squadron), Eric entered the private sector functioning as a SME adept at process efficiency, cost savings and complex problem solving in a cross-functional team environment. Strengths included detailed understanding of end-to-end Value Streams including Co-packing to Third Party Logistics(3PL). Eric possesses documented success in delivering positive financial impact based on efficient productivity and operations management. He  has  also  leveraged  his  skill-set  in  Financial/transactional  arenas. His career passion is blending his business operations expertise with leadership skills. 

Eric received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Southern Illinois University and obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Regis University, Denver, CO. As well Eric is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (American Society for Quality) and is certified as Quality Management & Organizational Excellence professional (ASQ). Eric also volunteers with the Columbus Literacy Council.
