Pamela Cone

Business Development Manager

Pamela Cone is a business professional with experience leading, growing and promoting local, national and international organizations. 

Pamela brings a wealth of knowledge from her various previous professional roles. Her most recent position was the Director for Aviatra Accelerators within the Dayton Metropolitan Area.

The accelerator supported women entrepreneurs. The Dayton branch was initiated and sponsored by Robin Gentry McGee . Pamela also filled the role of Marketing Coordinator for Functional Formularies and helped the company to expand within the market.

She considers herself a visionary leader with the ability to cast vision and achieve corporate and organizational objectives.

Pamela is the Vice Chair for the board serving the Dayton Human Relations Council. She is a Woman of Impact 2022 for Women in Business Networking, of which she is a member. She is also a member of the American Business Women Association (ABWA) Gem City Chapter.

She is a published author and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has an undergraduate degree in Communication Studies with a minor in African American Studies, and an associates' degree in Interior Design.
