Dustin brings over 15 years of experience in the personal protection and security driving industry to his role. Specializing in personal protection and security consulting, he has honed his expertise through extensive training, including the completion of the "Emergency Vehicle Operator Courses 1&2". His career has taken him from national to international settings, where he has provided security services to top private high-net-worth individuals and Alist celebrities.   

Throughout his career, Dustin has worked alongside and trained with some of the industry's most esteemed professionals, further enhancing his skills and knowledge. He has completed courses in emergency first-aid and undergone specialized scenario-based training aimed at simulating combat situations to improve performance during real-life emergencies.   

In addition to his work in personal protection, Dustin has managed some of the world's most prominent sporting events, ranging from professional boxing, MMA, and teams of operators for the Super Bowl. He has transitioned into security consulting for large-scale sporting events, with a particular focus on VIP and VVIP logistics. 

As the sole owner of The Rex Group Corporation based in Southern California, Dustin oversees a range of security operations, leveraging his wealth of experience and industry connections to deliver top-tier services to clients.   

Beyond his professional pursuits, Dustin is passionate about hunting, fishing, athletics of all kinds, and working with teams. However, his number one priority is his family, including his wife and two children, both of whom are active athletes. Balancing his dedication to his career with his commitment to his loved ones remains central to Dustin's ethos.
